  • 📜 Basic FAQ's

    Here are some basic FAQ’s regarding trial and paid accounts.

    1. Educators must use their work/school emails to send contact requests. Non-school emails (i.e. Gmail, iCloud, AOL and Hotmail), will prompt an error message.

    2. EchoED Contact Center is FERPA & HIPPA compliant.

    3. The privacy and the security of your form data is of utmost importance to us. Data is securely stored and transmitted over encrypted lines.

    4. To safeguard student & parent info, we do not store contact information in our app. You’ll have to enter it each time.

    5. All Interpreters sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s) and are trained in mandatory reporting.

    6. Interpreters make up to 2 attempts to get in touch with parents and care givers.

    7. Engage & Transform Plans include Unlimited Shout-Outs, meaning positive praise calls do NOT count towards minutes.

    8. Phone calls are not recorded, but we do take copious notes and send feedback to your inbox.

    9. On paid plans, minutes roll over. Rollover Minutes are unused Minutes that carry over from month to month for up to 12 billing periods.

    10. Wrong numbers or voice messages count towards minutes.

    11. Cancel anytime, at least 3 days before your monthly billing date to avoid charges.

    12. No refunds on annual contracts paid in full.
